Listed below, you will find our current rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. Bills are mailed on or before the 25th of each month. Bills are due upon receipt, but not past due until after the 10th of following month. Payments must be received by close of day (4:30 pm) on the 10th to avoid our late fee of $15.00.
Rate and Tier change will be effective 6-15-2024. A copy of the rate change is posted below.
Standard Residential Service Rates

A standard (5/8 x 3/4) residential meter has an equivalency of 1.0 and has a base rate of $35.00 and includes zero gallons of water. Larger than standard meters are charged a multiple of the base rate depending on the equivalency ratio. In addition to meter equivalency base rate, customers shall be be assessed a gallonage charge based on metered usage during each billing period at the above rates.
